
What is the Hapkido?
The Hapkido is a self-defense method of Korean origin that uses: projections, holds, slides, kicks, pressures on nerves and muscles, all type attacks, grappling and weapons training.
All these techniques can be executed in two different ways, defensive and offensive.
What can the Hapkido offer?
In time and training, the Hapkido offers a high-level technical and a wide-ranging program of self-defense techniques that can be a useful complement in practice and teaching of another disciplines.
Bearing in mind its characteristics, the practice of Hapkido increases the quick reflexes and the psychomotor coordination.
